Chez MarYann was born from the meeting of pleasure and care. From the design of the kitchen right through to your plate, we are committed to offering you dishes cooked with local and seasonal produce prepared by the chef in a responsible manner.

Trained by renowned chefs, Yannis Letinaud is one of the privileged few of his generation. His experiences, each more enriching than the last, have led him to create his concept of a kitchen laboratory to cook dishes using local and seasonal produce.

Everything is designed to respect the local produce and supply chains: short distribution channels, seasonal produce, biodegradable or eco-responsible packaging, reduced food waste and a smaller carbon footprint.
