Regarding
The brasserie du Dôme, one of the oldest brasseries in the city, is located on the edge of the bastide, next to the Dôme. It was taken over in 2015 by Wilfrid Piaux, nicknamed Fifi.
The restaurant is frequented by regulars as well as tourists.
Fifi offers family and traditional cuisine with essentials such as, of course, the homemade cassoulet.
