Chloé and Emmanuel, farmhouse bakers, use ancient varieties of wheat which they grind directly on a stone millstone to make organic, wood-fired loaves, small baguettes, speciality breads and breads with petit épeautre (a small spelt cereal). Home-made brioches and sweet pastries are also available.
You can find their products in the Vival grocery shop in the village of Montlaur (Val-de-Dagne), in the grocery shop in Serviès-en-Val, or at the markets in Lézignan-Corbières on Wednesdays, and Lagrasse on Saturday mornings.
