DOMAINE SAINT MARTIN

The Domaine Saint-Martin is located in the heart of the Pays Cathare, 10 km or so south of the medieval city of Carcassonne. The family wine-growing estate that developed on this enchanting land is now run by Hélène and Henri Cases. It comprises approximately 100 hectares of hillside and mid-slope vineyards in the Cité de Carcassonne PGI production area. An olive grove was recently created, stretching over 5 hectares. There are also truffle oaks growing tranquilly on the hill... Cellar tasting sessions and visits of the estate, by appointment only.
