Afternoon
For an impressive view and a breathtaking panorama, head for the Pic de Nore, the highest point in the Montagne Noire at 1211m.
South of Carcassonne, go horse riding or on a 'wine' walk in the Val de Dagne, from Montlaur with the Ferme Equestre du Plô through the heart of the Corbières countryside. When you get back, there's a wine tasting!
