JARDIN DES MARBRIERES

Located on the Allée des Carrières, the Jardin des Marbrières, laid out by the association ‘Les Marbrières de Caunes’, has information panels about the quarries and their marble, sculptures representing the four compass points associated with an analemmatic sundial which was designed in collaboration with ‘Hélios’ (the local astronomy club), panels on the specific flora of the area, sculptures of the protected fauna of the plateau, dry stone walls and reminders of the past... and the chance to sit down and admire a beautiful view of the valley.
