The Tour Saint Martin vineyards are right in the heart of the Minervois region, halfway between the famous mediaeval ramparts of the City of Carcassonne and ancient Minerve, a shrine of Catharism.

The Tour Saint Martin stronghold was one of the last outposts of the Cathars and fell at the same time as Minerve in 1210.

Founded in 1930, the cooperative winery now has a membership of 55 growers with a total surface area of 300 hectares producing igpoc, IPG Coteaux de Peyriac and wines of Appellation d'Origine Protege du Minervois Red,White and Rose.
