Regarding

The St Antoine vineyard covers 27 hectares. It surrounds the central building, so all the gîtes have a view over our vineyards. Despite this small surface area, there is a wide variety of terroirs
The southern part of the estate is located on the Etang Asséché de Marseillette, a lake that was drained over 200 years ago. The land here is cold and the climate relatively cool, providing excellent conditions for our Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier white wines, as well as our Cabernet Sauvignon.
A little further north, our vines are grown on the hillsides above the dry lake.
Our Syrah, Merlot and Grenache grapes ripen in a particularly warm environment to the east.
Further west, the soil is warm but exposed to the cold north wind, providing excellent conditions for our Carignan and Cinsault vines.

There are three self-catering holiday apartments with a swimming pool on site.
