My parents, Annie and Jean Claude Loupia, pioneers in the field, chose to go down the organic farming route in 1974 by using the Lemaire-Boucher Method. In 2000, together with my husband Philippe Pons, we took over the family business and are happy to be keeping this heritage alive and to be continuing it.
