Regarding

Château Guilhem in the heart of the village of Malviès, near the Cité de Carcassonne and facing the Pyrenees, has been in the same family for six generations.
Built at the end of the 18th century in Directoire style on the site of a former Gallo-Roman city, it has always been surrounded by vineyards.
The vineyards now stretch over 35 hectares of south-facing clay-limestone hills, south-west on the Malepad ranges where grape varieties flourish, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
The vineyard has been certified for organic farming practices since 2010.
Located on the appellation’s best land, the wines of the Château de Guilhem are among the most prestigious of the Malepère and Languedoc.
