WALKING TASTING TOURS take place in the lower newer town called La Bastide Saint-Louis, the main central commercial hub of Carcassonne , not within the medieval fortified town of La Cité.

La Bastide Saint-Louis has a fascinating history all of it’s own. On the tour we visit small, local producers of fabulousness for your tasting discovery.

The Walking Tasting Tour is a lovely half day morning experience offered at a leisurely pace, with no hills. It lasts approximately 4 hours. Early evening Private Tasting Experiences last approximately 2 hours with minimal or no walking required.
