CAUNETTES-HAUTES 11170 MOUSSOULENS

Regarding

The 2.5-hectare site features 11 truffle-growing species, as well as restored natural truffle beds. An initiative of the Association des Ampélofolies du Cabardès, this unique space is home to around 300 trees, including downy oaks, kermes oaks, hornbeams, hazelnuts and lime trees, etc., making it an educational, scientific and cultural space.
The Conservatoire is also the starting point for the Sentier ampélographique (ampelography trail), a 7 km loop through the vineyards and Mediterranean scrubland which explores the local viticulture.
