Our farms are located in the Aude (Bouisse and Villar en Val).
We rear Aubrac cows and their calves in large pastures. Their diet is supplemented with hay that we produce ourselves.
Rose veal is our speciality,
Our calves are reared with their mothers. They graze on meadow grass and feed on non-GMO hay and cereals.
