Between the Pyrénées and the Montagne Noire, 10 km north of the Cité de Carcassonne, in the heart of the Cathar country, Domaine Les Maillols stretches over 13 hectares mainly in PDO Minervois.
Basking in the sun, the mainly south-facing hillside vineyard produces fruity white and rosé wine with a supple character, and powerful and generous red wines with southern accents. HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification.
