DOMAINE LA PARRA

Get off the beaten track and discover authentic wines made using uncomplicated methods at Domaine La Parra. Created in an age-old manner, with distinctive tastes and special blends, etc.
We produce white, rosé and red AOP Minervois and PGI Pays d'Oc wines in bottles only (around 3,000 a year), as well as Vin Passerillé (Muscat Petit Grain with a blend of Grenache, Vermentino and Roussanne grapes).
More recently, a range of Antique Wines based on Roman recipes taken from Latin texts has been available.
Last but not least, Cartagène, a liqueur wine and traditional aperitif from the Languedoc region is also available.

Apple juice, olive oil, Lucques olives and fruit and vegetables from the garden are available to purchase.
