Away from the neighbouring villages and traffic routes, La Métairie Neuve, which includes two winegrowing estates, offers a network of paths through the Mediterranean flora and fauna, where you can discover the historical traces of human life in this region.
Walking routes are available from the Boyer family, who are happy to welcome you to their vineyard for a tour and free wine tasting.

Option of a discovery day: departing from Laure Minervois, visit a Visigoth necropolis and the chapel of Sainte-Marie de la Lauze. The Les Capitelles trails. Wine tasting at the estate.
