SAFARI MARBRE

Parking area on the Allée des Carrières in Caunes Minervois near the ‘Le Lion’ sculpture by D.Bjalava.
The marble safari is an opportunity to find out about an exceptional geological and historical marble heritage.
The guided tour, with commentary by enthusiastic members of the association, follows a 2.5 km loop with around twenty points of interest.
The route, which is partly shaded, presents no difficulties for walkers of average ability, but requires walking shoes and appropriate clothing.
Average duration 3 hours.
Leaves every Wednesday (9.00 am) and Sunday (9.00 am) from 1 April to 31 October.
Booking is essential.
