The museum, in the heart of the book village, traces the history of books from when writing emerged and the history of the item itself until the great adventure of typography and printing. Specialised craftsmen participate in guided tours and creative workshops to convey their knowledge about graphic arts and book crafts. Typography, calligraphy, illuminated, caricature, illustration, engraving, binding, writing and making paper from plants. A permanent exhibition presents the collection of the bibliography by François Bernouard, poet, typographer and printer. Technical collections and workshops.
